The following notices provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to the sections below.

The data controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

3. Data Collection

Server Log Files

The hosting provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These include:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• IP address of the accessing device
• Time of the server request

This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website). Server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Contact Form

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the following information is collected: salutation, name, address, phone number, email address, arrival/departure dates, number of guests, preferred room type and your message. This data is processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and is transmitted to us by email.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject). Your data will be deleted after your enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The retention period is generally 7 years in accordance with Austrian tax law (BAO).

Email, Phone & WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your enquiry including the contact details provided will be stored for processing purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. No data is shared with third parties.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This website only sets strictly necessary cookies and local-storage entries. Tracking and analytics cookies (Matomo, see Section 5) are set exclusively after your explicit consent has been given via the cookie banner.

• Cookie settings (localStorage): Your selection in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser under the key aa_consent. The entry contains the three categories necessary (always active), externe (interactive maps from General Solutions) and statistik (web analytics with Matomo). Example: {"externe":false,"statistik":false}. No data is transmitted to our server. You can delete this entry at any time via your browser's developer tools.
• Matomo cookies (_pk_id.*, _pk_ses.*, _pk_ref.*): Are only set if you have consented to the "Statistics" category. See Section 5 for details.

As long as you have not given your consent, no analysis of your browsing behaviour takes place. No services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or comparable third-party tracking tools are used.

5. External Services

Interactive Maps (General Solutions / Paznaun-Ischgl)

This website embeds interactive maps provided by General Solutions GmbH, served via maps.paznaun-ischgl.com. The maps are loaded only after you have given your explicit consent via our cookie banner or the consent notice on the respective page.

When the map is activated, a connection to the servers of General Solutions is established. In doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to the provider. Further information can be found in the privacy policy of General Solutions at www.general-solutions.eu.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the aa_consent entry in your browser's local storage.

Web Analytics with Matomo (self-hosted)

This website uses the open-source web analytics service Matomo. The Matomo instance is hosted on a server in Austria/EU at analytics.web-werk.at. Data is not transferred to third countries (in particular not to the USA).

Purpose: Reach measurement, identifying popular content, optimising the website. No cross-site profiling takes place.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 165(3) TKG 2021 (Austria). Without your consent, Matomo is not loaded and no data is processed.

IP anonymisation: Your IP address is fully masked on the Matomo server before any storage takes place ("Fully mask IP address"). It is therefore not possible for us to identify individual visitors based on their IP address.

Cookies / Local Storage: If consent is granted, the following cookies are set:

• _pk_id.<site>.<domain-hash> – pseudonymous visitor ID (lifetime: max. 13 months)
• _pk_ses.<site>.<domain-hash> – session ID (lifetime: 30 minutes)
• _pk_ref.<site>.<domain-hash> – referrer campaign (lifetime: max. 6 months)

Data collected: Anonymous pseudo IDs, fully masked IP address, pages visited, referrer, browser/OS/screen resolution, time on page, outbound link and file download clicks, and anonymous custom events (e.g. clicks on "Book now", booking widget submit, FAQ open). In no case are form contents, names, email addresses or other personal data collected.

Cookie lifetime: maximum 13 months (GDPR compliant).

No data sharing with third parties, no cross-site tracking, no heatmaps, no session recording.

Withdrawal of consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the opt-out in Section 9 of this privacy policy. Any Matomo cookies that have already been set will then be deleted immediately.

Booking System (Feratel / Deskline)

For online booking and availability checks, we use the TOSC5 booking system provided by feratel media technologies AG, Maria-Theresien-Straße 8, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria. When you visit the booking page or an apartment detail page, the booking widget is loaded directly and a connection is established to Feratel's servers (web5.deskline.net). Your IP address may be transmitted to the provider in this process.

The booking system uses the following technically necessary cookies and local storage entries:

• deskline/web/[key]_sync_data (Local Storage, necessary): Synchronisation of data across multiple tabs during the booking process. Persistent.
• deskline/web/[key]_sync_expiry (Local Storage, necessary): Controls the validity period of the synchronisation data. Persistent.
• deskline/web/[key]_data (Local Storage, necessary): Storage of the shopping basket and search settings. Persistent.
• deskline/web/[key]_expiry (Local Storage, necessary): Controls the validity period of the basket data. Persistent.

The local storage entries listed above are only set once you actively use the booking widget (e.g. enter dates, check availability, add an apartment to the basket) – not on the mere visit of an apartment detail page. These entries are strictly necessary for the operation of the booking system and are classified as "technically necessary" (cf. § 165(3)(5) TKG 2021, Austria). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfilment / pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject). Fonts (Self-Hosted)

This website uses the fonts "Plus Jakarta Sans" and "Inter". The font files are loaded locally from our own server (self-hosting). No connection to external font services such as Google Fonts is made. No personal data is transferred to third parties in this process.

6. Your Rights

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the following rights at any time:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about your personal data stored by us.
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations exist.
• Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request the restriction of the processing of your data.
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may request to receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to the processing of your data at any time.
• Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

8. Opt-out / Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to anonymous web analytics with Matomo at any time with effect for the future. When you click the toggle, the statistics flag in aa_consent is set to false and any Matomo cookies (_pk_*) that have already been set in your browser are deleted immediately. A page reload is not required.

This privacy policy is currently valid as of April 2026. Due to the ongoing development of our website or changes in legal requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
